Berkhamsted’s historic high street is brimming with a selection of both independent clothing boutiques and well-known shopping brands, while The Marlowes Shopping Centre in Hemel Hempstead offers dozens of diverse shops, services, cafés and restaurants.
Construction at Studham is due to commence in mid-2021, with first completions anticipated for spring 2022.
