We first went for a site visit last year and was shown round by Terry, we then went away reserved the perfect plot for us and chose our finishes with the help from Julie and Zaid. We have now been in our house 3 weeks and can’t fault any part of the process or the house! As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect or what I was meant to do, which made the experience exciting but also quite stressful at times. From the moment Rachel at the Stansted Mountfitchet site took over, everything changed. Rachel immediately understood that I needed time, clear answers, and genuine support, and she was absolutely extraordinary throughout the entire journey. Her positive attitude, welcoming tone, and regular updates gave us confidence and peace of mind, and it’s something we will always remember. We would also like to say a special thank you to Jo who is also on site. His smile every day helped start my days in a good mood, and he has been outstanding since we moved in. His presence and updates have made a real difference. Every development site should have a Rachel and a Joe.
