A Year in Review: Touching Base for 2022

The Troy Homes team is incredibly proud of everything we have achieved over the last 12 months despite several challenges being thrown our way.

We have worked hard to lay the foundations for 2022, exchanging on several new sites and getting the ball rolling to ensure next year is as successful as possible. All our current property developments are nearly sold, and there are a handful of unique, brand-new developments in the pipeline that we are very excited to share.

Sambrook Court

Only two plots remain at our contemporary Sambrook Court development just outside the exclusive village of Hadley Wood.

This development comprises 14 beautifully presented apartments with one or two bedrooms, set within stunning gardens with far-reaching views over the esteemed Hadley Wood Golf Course and lush rolling countryside. These luxury new homes for sale in Hadley Wood feature a modern finish with state-of-the-art appliances and the highest specifications throughout.

Sambrook Court presents the opportunity to obtain in excess of a 4% yield, and we are offering to pay the first two years’ service charge plus the ground rent and the initial letting fee. Plots 2 and 11 are available to move in now, and both are excellent properties for investment.

We have just a few available apartments remaining at our Lawn Manor development in Elstree. Maytree Court  

We are taking reservations for the apartments at our gorgeous Maytree Court development.

Maytree Court is situated on one of Hadley Wood’s most premier avenues: Camlet Way.

These new homes for sale in Hadley Wood comprise seven luxury apartments of one, two or three bedrooms. Each home has its own balcony, terrace or patio and benefits from a secure underground car park.

Living at Maytree Court also keeps you well-connected to the hustle and bustle of London as Hadley Wood station is less than half a mile away.

We are excited for the unveiling of a new show home for Maytree Court in spring 2022 when we hope to be taking appointments for in-person viewings.

Studham

Construction is well underway at our Studham development. First completions of these new homes are anticipated for summer of 2022, so be sure to keep an eye out for further updates.

Situated on Clements End Road, Studham will be the next luxury development to join the Troy Homes portfolio, consisting of eight exclusive properties of either two, four or five bedrooms. Finished to Troy Homes’ high standards, these new homes will also benefit from a spacious study: perfect for the extra time spent working from home.

What’s more, a substantial amount of agricultural land will be included as part of each home’s garden.

Nazeing

Our development at Stoneshot Farm, Nazeing, will consist of 18 brand-new three and four-bedroom homes. We are set to release more information about these exclusive properties in January, but you can register your interest now for an early preview.

Ideally situated in the vibrant village of Nazeing, these large family homes offer gorgeous views over the countryside and are just a stone’s throw from the impressive Epping Forest.

Coming soon

Bicknacre

Our latest, larger development in Bicknacre will consist of 42 properties: 27 private homes and 15 affordable properties. This variety of new-build homes will offer a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties and we are looking forward to releasing more information in summer 2022.

The village itself is a beautiful, well-regarded community just southeast of Chelmsford, surrounded by several tranquil nature reserves.

Construction is set to begin in January/February 2022, with first completions at the end of next year.

Radlett ­

Located on the popular Watford Road, our all-new Radlett development will consist of 18 luxury one, two and two-bedroom with study apartments, each benefitting from enviable private outside space and access to a secure underground car park.

Radlett itself is an affluent Hertfordshire village known for its large homes, access to good private schools, and charming community feel while offering easy access to the M25 and M1 motorways. What’s more, the nearby Radlett train station provides regular services into central London in just 25 minutes.

Frogmore

Located in the small village of Frogmore between St Albans and Radlett, this exclusive new development will consist of nine four-bedroom homes.

After exchanging contracts in October 2021, we will be releasing further information on these new homes in summer 2022. However, planning is anticipated for spring 2022, and we hope to begin construction in summer 2022.

Steeple Bumpstead

This new development is located in Steeple Bumpstead: a historic village with a quiet community feel. Consisting of nine stunning three and four-bedroom homes, we are pleased to have achieved planning with construction due to start in 2022 and further information to be released in 2022.

Thorpe

In November 2021, we exchanged unconditional contracts on a new allocated site in Thorpe, Surrey.

This new development will consist of two, three and four-bedroom family homes in a location that has seen a lack of new-build housing over recent years. We are looking forward to this development’s progress and will release further information in early 2022.
