Rachel, the sales advisor, was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process, and she really took the time to help me find the perfect home. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting instead. I’m so happy with my new house and the excellent service I’ve received so far. I also want to mention Joe onsite, who has been incredibly helpful. He has gone out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable and have everything I need, which has made settling into my new home even easier.
